Arctic Arrival
📍 Mudroom
Quick gear check. Hand out warmers and prep for the cold. Goggles distributed for wind protection!
The Snow Pile Siege
📍 Outdoor Snow Pile
Fort building competition and "King of the Hill" battles on the massive snow pile! Build up, not in—sumo-style rules apply!
Tundra Tow & Tug-of-War
📍 Snowy Yard
The Rotation: Side-by-side pulls 2 kids at a time through the snow while others battle in epic Tug-of-War! Kids vs. the Side-by-Side finale for photos!
The Big Thaw
📍 Indoor Kitchen
Mandatory warming station! Hot cocoa bar with all the fixings plus pizza and heavy snacks. Boots go on the heat mat to dry!
Professional Bingo
📍 Living Room
Real bingo cage and display board! 3-4 high-energy rounds including Postage Stamp, Big X, and Blackout! Leif calls the Grand Prize round!
Tabletop Tournament
📍 Game Station
Speed Checkers and Chess with 5-minute rounds! Winners advance to the Champions Table. Touch-move rules in effect!
Cake & Candles
📍 Dining Area
Birthday song, epic cake reveal, and the final celebration! 9 candles for 9 years of awesome!
Departure
📍 Entryway
Final gear check to make sure everyone has their dry clothes! Survivors receive expedition patches!

Important rules for our brave explorers
The 30-Minute Rule
No explorer stays outside for more than 30 consecutive minutes. At 0°F, we take frostbite seriously!
The Pink Check
Adults monitor for bright pink cheeks or noses. If spotted, that explorer heads inside immediately for warming!
Goggles Required
Goggles or sunglasses are mandatory for Side-by-Side rides to prevent wind-chill stinging!
The Dead-Man Signal
If a child falls off their sled or wants to stop, raise both hands! Driver stops immediately.
